JenGraph Designs offer monthly maintenance fee plan that includes updating of your WordPress core files, plug-ins, hosting related server updates needed with your website. Some theme updates are an additional hourly rate, Jen will contact you with an estimate if a theme update is needed. Keep in mind to keep your website humming along nicely with preventative security measures in place. It is highly recommended to subscribe to JenGraph Designs monthly plan to keep everything up-to-date as a preventative measure with hacking/malware.
You may update on your own. If you do you are responsible for your website backups prior to these update(s), and any additional issues that may arise with plugin updates. Additional hourly rate service fee will be charged to resolve any update issue(s) if requested.
